• You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your purchase.

• Once your order has been prepared or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items, such as personal care products (including beauty products), cannot be returned.

• Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

• Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
