These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Faradaa.com, including purchases made through the website. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Faradaa offers authentic beauty, skincare, hair care, personal care, and wellness products sourced from brand owners or carefully verified suppliers in Thailand.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through Faradaa.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

 

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, images, prices, and availability.

Product packaging, labels, ingredients, colors, or designs may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer. Minor differences between website images and the product received do not necessarily indicate that the product is incorrect or inauthentic.

Please review the product packaging and ingredient list before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

 

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout. The primary website currency is US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, and destination.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other destination charges are not included unless expressly shown at checkout. These charges may be collected separately by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Faradaa does not directly store complete payment card details.

 

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for shipment.

Faradaa may cancel or decline an order before dispatch if:

• A product is unavailable

• Payment cannot be authorized

• The price or product information contains an obvious error

• The delivery destination is unavailable or restricted

• The order appears fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale

• The order cannot be completed for legal, safety, or operational reasons

If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfill, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Products will not be substituted without the customer’s agreement.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship directly from Thailand through the delivery methods described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, and any information required by the carrier or customs authorities.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside Faradaa’s reasonable control.

Customs and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, inspections, or import restrictions in the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by local authorities and for providing any information required for customs clearance.

Customers should confirm that the products they order may be imported into their destination for personal use. Faradaa cannot guarantee customs approval in every country.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

 

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations, change-of-mind returns, damaged or incorrect items, non-returnable products, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been prepared for shipment or dispatched.

Certain unused and unopened products may be eligible for return. Opened, used, or unsealed personal care and beauty products may not be returnable for health or hygiene reasons.

Please contact Faradaa before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address.

These conditions do not limit cancellation, return, refund, repair, or replacement rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Product Use and Safety

The information provided on Faradaa.com is for general product and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always follow the directions, warnings, and ingredient information shown on the product packaging. Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

Faradaa is not responsible for harm resulting from improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or use of a product despite a known allergy or sensitivity, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

 

Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to manage orders, save information, or participate in available membership features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for activities conducted through your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Faradaa may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

 

Faradaa Rewards and Promotions

Participation in Faradaa Rewards is subject to the conditions displayed on the Faradaa Rewards page.

Reward points:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• May be subject to expiration or redemption requirements disclosed on the Rewards page

• May be removed if they were obtained through a canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or abusive transaction

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Any significant change to the rewards program will be communicated where reasonably possible and will not remove rights that cannot legally be withdrawn.

 

Intellectual Property

The Faradaa name, website design, written content, graphics, and original images are owned by Faradaa or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Brand names, product names, trademarks, packaging, and manufacturer images remain the property of their respective owners.

Website content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, defective products, personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

 

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

However, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable to the customer’s purchase or country of residence.

If a concern arises, please contact Faradaa first so that we can attempt to resolve it fairly. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from contacting an appropriate consumer protection authority or bringing a claim before a court where permitted by applicable law.

 

Changes to These Terms

Faradaa may update these Terms when website features, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The date of the latest revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Orders will generally remain subject to the Terms in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

 

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
